What does foil-lined mean on SOS bags?

A foil-based interior liner sits inside the SOS bag walls, helping block grease and moisture from penetrating the paper—so hot fried food, burgers, and saucy items are less likely to bleed through the exterior.

Do foil-lined bags use the same print and ink specs as standard SOS?

Yes on the exterior: water-based food-safe ink, matte uncoated printable surface, and full-color CMYK on brown or white kraft, with the same Logo Print and Full-Bleed Print options. The difference is the foil liner inside, which carries a price premium over an unlined SOS bag of the same size.

What sizes and MOQ apply?

The same nine sizes as our standard SOS bag, from 3.5 × 5.9 × 2.4 in to 11 × 11 × 5.9 in, read as width × height × side gusset. Logo Print starts at 500 units and covers seven of them; Full-Bleed Print starts at 20,000 and covers eight, including the two largest. Pick a print option and this page shows the sizes and tiers it covers.

Can I still print my logo on foil-lined bags?

Yes. Logo printing applies to the exterior paper surface. Share your artwork after checkout and we will send a digital proof before production.

Are foil-lined SOS bags food-safe?

These bags are designed for food service takeout and packaging. Food-contact material options and compliance documentation can be confirmed on request—reach out if your market requires specific certifications.

Standard SOS or foil-lined—which should I order?

Order standard SOS bags for dry goods, light retail, and general takeout. Order foil-lined SOS bags when grease resistance and moisture protection matter—fried food, burgers, hot pastries, and saucy deli items.
